🏦 Traditional Credit Assets (Debenture or CR)
Investors who choose the traditional route will go through the following process:
1 - KYC Process
Before investing, the investor completes a simple KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
2 - Fund Deposit
After KYC approval, the investor deposits funds to purchase the traditional asset, such as debentures or certificates of receivables (CRs).
3 - Asset Registration
The assets may be registered in liquidity chambers like CETIP or assigned a unique identifier such as an ISIN, depending on the structurer’s discretion. This provides the investor with a traditional title that operates under established financial systems.
This option offers familiarity for those more comfortable with conventional financial products, registered under local regulations, and carrying all the attributes of a traditional credit instrument.
